Hagwilget Canyon on the Bulkley River near Hazelton, British Columbia in the 1880s (BC Archives A-04627), in the 1910s (BCAR I-52781), and in 2008 (CW-2008-08A-178). Note the First Nation village in the early photographs on canyon wall the right side of the photograph. First Nations had engineered a bridge across the canyon (barely visible in 1880s view) that had existed for a long period prior to the modern bridges visible on the skyline in later photographs.
